Riding on a boat, which once was a street. The surround area and houses was flooded with 5 feet of water. Thai government did not do their job in releasing reserved water from the dam. They kept the water over 95% full, "For rice farmer during the Rain Season?"; it causes the dam to break. Thailand need professional from U.S. Army Corps Engineer.
